• Engagement announcements are published online on Fridays and in the Saturday newspaper.
• Announcements should be received at least 30 days before the wedding.
• Announcements must be submitted by Tuesday to be published the same week.
• Full names, not nicknames, should be used.

• Color or black-and-white photos may be attached to this form and should be prepared as follows:
• High quality JPEG
• 300 DPI (dots-per-inch)
• Print size 3 to 4 inches wide
• If your photographer is e-mailing the photo, ask that it be sent to images@postbulletin.com, with the couple's names in the body of the e-mail and a file name such as "jones_smith_engagement.jpg."
• Supported file formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG. (JPEGs are preferred.)
